I heard from a riend that went to Bangkok recently that there is a hair salon in Siam Square that doesnt really cut/ wash hair but provide other services; the girls outside the salon would ask u to come in and then go upstairs or the extras. Anyone can verify that? Dont you think its a bit difficult on a barber chair?

Actually Baron's is billed as a barbershop and you can theoretically get hair cuts or nails or such downstairs. But don't be propositioning every attractive woman in a salon just because of that.
