Unless you are bringing in by the suitcase full, I suppose not. Not that I have ever had my bags ever examined while clearing customs. Or many other people for that matter.
I have been flying in and out with dick a few dick pills in my bags.

Most countries require a prescription for that. So it depends on where you are coming from probably more than your destination in Thailand. If you have a prescription with you (or printed on the bottle) then you should be OK.
As already mentioned, if you bring commercial quantities of anything into any country, you might have problems if you are caught. A commercial quantity is any amount that beyond for your personal use.

Call or fax the Thai embassey in your country and get the medical section.only they can give u the answer. have them fax or mail back to u on thai embassey letter head giving their name and position at the embassey telling u what u may or may not do. take this and keep at all times while u are in the kingdom. P.S. do not sell any extra tablets to anyone not even for 1 bhat as many people have been sent to jail for a long time for doing this.U can find this story on pattaya city news

Unfortunately there is no Thai embassy in my country and there is no one else to ask.
I am talking about couple of pills to bring with me on the flight from Dubai to BKK and they will be in my luggage. I am not too worried even if they confiscate but I definitely do not want to break any legislation.
I presume no issue about condoms as well, is not it?

I really wouldn't worry about it at most I think they will take them from you. You can buy them in Thailand so don't really think it would be something I would worry about.
Actually I didn't worry a bit when I brought them in.
Now condoms are a big no-no  as they have strick rules about them in Thailand.
