In case it isn't I would get a pocketful of cash & head on over to star of light (Pat Pong 2). Take as many girls as nescessary to get the job done (orally) at 500 baht per. Once you are sure you can come with a woman head out to Soi 22 - hit Washington Square if you can't find anything there walk out on Soi 22, turn left & look for the beer bar complex. Spend as much time as nescessary to find a girl that really gets you hot.
Not nescessary to mention to avoid alcohol. That just makes your particular problem worse.

Some good advice from the folks above. For what it's worth, I agree that you should avoid freelancers as this is more of an experienced punter's domain. Stick to the go-go/bar girls until you get comfortable with the whole scene.
Also, if it takes you a while to cum and you are of the nervous sort, you might also want to avoid Eden Club as I found the girls to be a bit too wild for my liking - you may find this offputting. i would go to the beer garden on soi 7 sukhimvit early in the afternoon. get a good spot to view the action..when u spot a girl that is attractive to u get eye contact and give her a smile, she will come over and sit with u..if after a few minutes if u like her buy her a drink (she will then think u are not a cheap charley). things will proceed from there..

Some suggestions from a maniac only a couple of years your senior:
- After you check in, to ease in the flow of it all, go for a scrub at Sazanka (in the back of Whashington Square on Sukhumvit Soi 22)
- Have lunch/dinner in the Thai place Called RAM DERM with the wooden doors down the street (left hand side of Soi 22 coming from Suk and before you get to the Imperial Queens Park Hotel)
- Get ready for a shock when you stroll towards Soi Cowboy (you could walk there from Soi 22 or just take a cab). Do a couple of bars and if you see something of you liking, pay the barfine and get over your shyness while shagging her brains out.
- After that, head to Q bar (soi 11) and have 2 Caribbean Ice Tea’s and 2 Havanna Clubs (7 annos) neat. (Don’t spoil them by putting ice in them. Get them at the bar upstairs, Pat will know ho to make them.)
- If you are still standing, head to CM2 (Siam Square) or Lucifer (Patpong, above Radio city) and check out the freelancer crowd.
