Well my last TG had her 3 cardinal rules:
#1) no tell lie. 
#2) no drunk too much. 
#3) no have girlfriend.

Personally, I strike out on all 3.
But if I could add my own personal advice based on the little experience I have... - don't seem to eager to get her in bed. Wipe the P4P look off your eyes. The shy, innocent approach has gone a long way for me. Not that they won't be in bed that first night. Not all punters have this skill though.
I hate the long talks at night, because they are always horror stories. But, I think a TG loves to talk if you listen. Just hold her tenderly as she spills out her life story and respond when appropriate. However, this can f*ck you up if you're not careful.
Also, accepting invitations to visit friends or relatives outside of the city can give you brownie points. Maybe its a ploy to get more money out of you, but often times this hasn't been the case for me. I have found many like to get away from the bar scene when they can and if you provide the excuse for them to escape it, they will appreciate you a little more (maybe)... But man, I hate those outings.
Sometimes recreational activities outside of the bar scene can make a BG see you in a different light. I once visited a Buddhist temple with this one lovely and it really seemed to "wow" her. Also, a relaxing day at a Sauna was a nice way for me to get to know another girl I met. Actually, that was really nice (the quiet time together, relaxing, steaming, swimming, chatting while we drank cold drinks). And letting the girl take you to her favorite eating spots has always been a plus for me. Let them share their cuisine, it's usually a lot better than where you would end up going. Except, when the bags of bugs and shrimp disco end up on the table. You decide what you want to do based on what your girl likes.
Probably useless babble, but these things have worked for me in the past. Cheers

Ahhh if only it could be so easy as to eat some thai food. Give me a break, Attempting to get break a working girl out of her habits is a total illusion. Temporary disillusionment. I have to echo that I don't know the objective.
1. Are you, mansaturday, trying to make any BG fall in love with you (as someone asked, yet unanswered) ? If so, that's nuts. You're on holiday, right?
2. Or are you trying to make a BG horny? Well, women are a mystery. Do all the things you think usually make women horny INCLUDING showing a lot of money (which always makes women horny anyway) and it might work.
3. Or are you trying to get a best bang for you buck, a gfe as you pay her fine and take her Samui etc for a week. Don't forget to use rubbers.
Or you are through reverse psychology not referring to BGs really and want to make it w/ a nonBG? In that case I'd say follow #2 above.
You mentioned you don't have time to learn Thai. Man, mansaturday, it's a relatively easy language to pick up. But actually if you just try to get some basics it helps break the ice. That's true almost anywhere.
Other than these suggestions, I'd say give some toys. Dolls or trinkets. TGs are little girls at heart and seem to like that stuff.

What I am looking to do is enhance the experience, in terems of return on investment; more bang, more fun from the BG.
I've had too many starfish experiences, so I want to avoid them, if I can: if it is down to me, then maybe I can improve my methods?
More $$$? No, probably not. So what to do?
I'll keep looking here for suggestions.
