Sorry mate, for my poor jokes...
It just needs the right order: First Viagra, then high bp (in certain parts only), then sex, then general high bp, then cumes the desired bp relaxation, then (as in 'after that') the sauna... good concept... 
Hope you have a nice room with chair; couch etc. for the more adventurous positions, or the right companion for doing it in the hotel pool etc. There have been reports about such activities in various posts… As for the public options and the caught-in-the-act thrill see my posting before… Anyway: enjoy!

Well, I'm all for the meeting of brothers on the forum, but learning this, I think I'll give him a wide berth.
It's hard enough for me to dart in and out of the Star of Light for my momentary indulgences of pleasure without being splashed and that isn't even during the Songkran Festival.
Scientists among you may be able to give us some data on the distance of ejaculated sperm in different atmospheric and under different blood pressures ( your own).
Reading of some guys plans with a sauna, I don't think they'd be too happy with being presented with a bill for cleaning the cubicle afterwards.
