I have heard the phrase "kon dtang bra-tayt" (the spelling here is most certainly wrong, I only remember it because I scribbled it down with a TG's Phone number) used instead of Farang, I was told it was "same same"! I can see why they use Farang if this is correct!

'Kee Nok' is actually used for a poor person, someone who doesn't own much (just bird sh_t) or just looks like one.
Kee Ni Aow is 'Cheap Charlie'
Kon Prayaht is someone who spends his money carefully and is not very keen on buying ladydrinks.
So, indeed equal to 'Kee Ni Aow', but nicer and more positive.
