I spent 30 hours in the Wat Po school for 5 days to get my certificates (Thai and English)... aren't I good!
Seriously though, I throughly recommend doing this course it was great fun and apart from anything else it helps you understand more about what goes on with your body. Also you get to spend hours every day "grabing a feel" of some great looking Japonese, Chinese, Falang girls etc.
