In addition to Sorapong's information (which is not complete), in certain cases the girl gets her share of the barfine.
Quite a number of bars do give the girls a bonus (usually THB 100) for all barfines they make above their quota, usually 8-10).
Futhermore, the only right price is the price you are able and want to pay. There are no set rules for compensations. It depends on the girl and the guy she meets. Many girls go (with a handsome guy like myself) for free or THB 300....
