Oh, for f***'s sake.
I have been coming into Thailand 3-4 times per year since 1974 and have never been stopped for an inspection.
Bring what you need for your trip but don't try and sell them. They will get you for not having a work permit, not for having too much viagra.
If you are still worried, don't bring any and just buy them at a local pharmacy. No big deal.

Thanks for the information. I have just returned from Thailand (my second visit - on my first visit 3 years ago I did not need to take V and therefore did not ask) and your information was helpfull. It was in my luggage and I had no problems in customs.

Thanks Bimmher, I am afraid I am not a good user of this forum. I like to get the information needed for myself to organise my trip and unfortunately do not have time, spirit (and good English) to write FR. Plus I think it is better if there are a few but correct FRs instead of hundreds when only some of them are of any use. I plan my next trip to Thailand around this time next year and only then I will start spending more time reading this forum. But I appreciate everybody's assistance as some of the posts were extremely usefull to make my voyage more enjoyable (except nobody said that Long Gun had the best looking and most ignorant girls in Soi Cowboy  ). I hope this forum will not get spoiled by then and I will not have to delete it from my http://www.'Favourites' list.
