1. Although not intented, when I stated how people share Bassgod's view, that was a perfect example on "Generalization". Now, look how you reacted.
Again, I appericate your comment and your honesty. I think I forgot that this board is supposed to be "fun". I will focus on learning and sharing how to have more "fun" in Thailand.

The forum IS fun. In a free, open, democratic forum, the willingness and ability to speak truths and opinions are crucial. This democratic conversation is sadly sometimes brutal and insensitive and that is not acceptable in my view; but IMO there's nothing wrong with stating a stongly held view as you have done. Particularly if it is about something as important as racism.

i agree beef is best avoided.
in england it seems the sunday roast is a must,but i hate it.
but when i go to thailand,the little food carts/satay stalls late at night are a must for me.
i always have the beef,i love the way they cook it,but as soon as i return,it is a no-no.
but the one thing i do know about the girls is the smell of chilli on their breath.
i hate eating the stuff and this means i may not experience the best of thai food.
but sometimes the smell puts me off.
well until i see them lying naked on the bed and all my thoughts go out the window and i have a meal of my own.
if you know what i mean?.
