Well im sure you guys in Bangkok, are very knowledgable about the trade and chances of a hooker there turning straight.
But it amuses me having had alot of time north.
Many farangs (that own bars, resturants, or retired) In regions like Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, have converted many an old pro.

The word ""giver"' and sacarficial family member, is more adpt in general to discribe these woman/girls.
The simple fact is any human being that endures what they do, and still kneels before their buddha, and sends off half their earnings, doesnt deserve such comtempt.
I am compassionate towards their plight, and happy to see many there (in Thailand) and here in Australia living a better life with Farangs that they deserve.
Reading above comments just leaves me in no doubt to the life experiences of the writers as being very restrictive.
Its not to shallow to open up the premise that there is good and bad in all walks of life.
