I think that the Eden Club is your best bet in BKK, but if you are concerned about Thai/ Farang relationships, but have no particular reason to choose Bangkok for your threesome, why not try The Netherlands ?
Here, there are many so-called 'paren clubs' where you can not only indulge in a threesome, or a foursome, but an n-some.
Some clubs are for members only, but will often welcome the occasional foreign visitor. It is a novelty for them, too. The open clubs make a charge for men, but this is usually waived for women. There is the added advantage that you can communicate in English, (but probably not Portugese). 
Similar clubs exist in Belgium where they are known as 'Club Anonymie', though you will need French in the southern parts.
