I thought proper child rearing included things like guideing them towards a meaning relationship with someone they could be happy with for the rest of their lives. That includes being there when they have relationships that are good and also for those that are bad. It's a learning experience in male and female personal interaction that never ends.
To expose an 18 year old to the sex monger-Thai prostitute relationship pretty much guarantees he'll have never have a relationship that can develop into something that will last a lifetime because he's been tainted at a young age to believe it's about having an "I'll use you for sex while you use me for my money and that's all" attitude.
Do him a favor and let him experience the Heaven and Hell of "normal" relationships at home. It'll build character. He may just luck out and find someone he happily spends the rest of his life with. You're his father not his friend. Find a friend your own age to monger with.
While this point of view is, in part, noble, it ignors a father's job to educate his son in ALL areas of life. There is good and bad and a dad should guide his son in knowing how to deal with all of it.
Like..."Trust your insticts and walk away when you are in an unfamiliar situation that has you feeling funny or uncomfortable"

The idea seems a bit funny, but....
I am pretty young myself and with the background in my relationsship with my father and other people around me I don't think I would make this as a let's go down to LOS and F''k.

If he is curius, if he want's to, he go himself, after a few days in LOS he will know the rates of the Taxi, he has got a adresse card for the hotel, you told him about the prices in Cupidy and how it works. Then if it is ment to happen it will.
I don't think I would like the idea of knowing my father was in another room, knowing what I was doing. I remmeber once at "nachtspiel" my father had (I was still living home then, I was 18) and there was this sweet sweet lady there maybe around 28. I don't remmeber how, but we ended up in my room, we was sitting on the floor kissing, touching and so on, my father walks in and it kind of destroyed the feeling, there and then. In my opinion the world has changed a lot since your Dad didnt show you the ropes. I dont think young guys or girls go without sex for long periods anymore. Never in my adult life have I had to go 1 month without finding a girl happy to spend the night with me.
This is especially so in LOS. Assuming that your son has 2 arms and 2 legs he can go out have fun meet a girl or girls and get laid for free. Why does he need to bother with hookers when there are plenty of bright young TGs around?
Now you might think that taking him with you would be educational but all he is going to learn is that when you get older you normally have to pay if you want to grab some young ass. My guess is he already knows that.
