JA, I am in total agreement with everything you have said on this interesting subject..
Let me add... I would never do anything that might be crass (Expose my package) or bluntly (Wanna f+ck for $$$?) hit on any kind of employee doing their job which may cause them any issue whatsoever with their employer.
What I see ZERO problem with is noticing any lady in any country doing her job, speak nicely to her and if there is a spark then ask her out. When she is off work take her to dinner and drinks and if the spark looks like it may erupt into a flame invite her home for a nightcap.
Now if she happens to be a maid at your hotel then it may be best to change hotels before pursuing this but that is the only situation that is a bit unusual...you are sleeping where she works...keep it away from her job.
If two people want to get it on then as long as no one is disrespectful or causing someone issues at their job...who cares??
As with any situation where you are with a lady, again in any country, as men we are the ones that pay for dinners and drinks and little gifts for them etc.
My P4P GF when I was with her up until recently I would not pay her for sex with me...I treated her just like a REAL GF...cuz she was as real as any other. I paid her some money in gift cards and bought her some little nice things.This was especially important because I was taking her away from her job...she could not earn any money because I monopolized her time.
This is how I treat my GFs no matter where....in the case of a maid I would likely give her some gift money or take her shopping or whatever.
As long as you are not interfering with some ladies employment...who cares?

Absoultely nothing is wrong with this. In my opinion, the part that is disrespectful is exposing yourself to the hotel maid and offering her 2000 baht for a shag when she is working a job that is not p4p.
Paying a girl for sex when she is not p4p is also disrespectful, in my opinion.

I talk out of experience as I do work with the hotels and I spend many nites during a year in the hotels during my inspections........is not that difficult to find out that also maids are willing to take some extra cash/fun.....are we guilty for this?

CG, Let me clarify....when I say gift money I am not referring to a thinly disguised attempt at P4P but rather the same thing I do with my fiance at home...flowers,cards,yes some shopping...maybe a gift certificate in a card or whatever...even in the real world many ladies are seeking security and little displays add to their sense that you can take care of them..ABsolutely nothing wrong with a gift of cash or otherwise...I stand by what I have said..
