I'm cool with you, but have to dissagree on one thing you said.
The problem is that YOU HAVEN'T been here all that long, and should REALLY hang back a bit, before you go in swinging that rapier wit around and wounding the good guys.
Not saying that Smegna is not a nice guy, but I don't think any member has to wait til they are vetran to speak their mind. Even if that means inquiring into another members motives in their posts.
So, in my opinion I think that LordSnow should've and did post how he felt. Whether I agree with his posts or not is another thread, but I do agree that it's any members right, whether 'newbie' or 'vetran' to post anything.

I agree, in principle. But it is just good manners to get to know folks a bit before you beat the holy tar out of 'em.
Actually, I'm no one to talk, having made an ignominious entrance to this forum myself. And, looking back, I should have been as gently criticized then...
Anyway, thanks for your honest thoughts.
LordSnow - BK runs this board very loosely, with a very light touch. It's usefulness as a reference library ebbs and flows, based on the mood and whims of the masses. As such, I think it has an interesting and varied membership, but is not as 'serious' as some of the other heavily moderated forums. It's more of a bunch of folks who have duked it out, and evolved, and continue to do so.
Such an amorphous blob of humanity necessarily resists being bent to the immediate needs of any individual. Being clear about what you expect or need is still, however, the best way to get there.
I gather something happened to this thread, early on, and it didn't recover in the direction you had hoped. Be humble, ask for help again, and someone will assist you. I'm willing to bet on it.
Otherwise, your inclination to move along might be your best answer...
