Don't want to bad-mouth any establishment or TG so I'll just say that I've tried a few places and ladies I've read here that will do it...but after we get to hotel "no tik-tik, too big".
Help a brother out with any suggestions/recommendations? I'm gentle and have gotten each TG to cum (apparantly).

Heh, don't think I didn't keep subtly trying. But every time I ventured that direction I hear sometime like, "no no no! You bigger than black man. Why you so big?" Go down to Star of Light in Pat Pong2. Ask any of the girls if they are up for it. Pull it out & show them the size. Expect to pay not less that 2000 baht for a short time. Pavillion Hotel up the alley is 400 baht ST. You give em 500 baht. They give you 100 baht as you leave unless you have taken items from the mini bar. Get a tube of Durex Top Lube from a Pharmacy. Use a lot of it. Good luck finding a condom. Bar fine is 400 baht.

This is probably too much information but here's my 2 cents, go to a gogo that has more than a couple of girls and is not swamped with customers. Talk to the mamasan 1st. Ask mamasan which girls like big dicks, girls with babies preferred. Ask the girl mamasan sends over the same questions. Indicate with your hands or have her check for herself the dimensions of what you are proposing. Take a look at her. Is she 5' nothing and 45kg? maybe no. Is she on the tall side for a TG with big feet? maybe yes. With the big feet thing I'm not suggesting a katoey just based on my observation with 1 girl, girls with very small feet are small in other places.
I suggest not talking about the girls ST/LT fee in the bar. If they insist and mamasan participates in negotiating ST/LT fee then mamasan may be taking a cut of the fee. Not really a problem but you are paying extra in that case. In any case, if you decide to pay barfine for girl then tip mamasan a couple hundred baht as well.
If the girl changes her mind as soon as she gets to the hotel take her immediately back to bar and the same mamasan you tipped earlier. Pay her a reduced fee based on elapsed time and amount of effort she put in. No time and zero effort at giving it a try then no money to girl. Tell mamasan what the problem is. Ask for barfine back or different girl that can do. (Be polite and calm. Tell them what happened, what you want, what you are going to do. Don't bitch and whine. Smile.) If it doesn't work out there try the next bar.
Suggest you stay in hotel very close to either Nana or Cowboy to cut down on time between hotel and bar. If it works out pay the girl a reasonable amount (i.e. don't be cheap but don't too much if it wasn't a hardship for her). Remember her for next time (bar, name, #, cellphone). Develop a list. Also talk to and tip same mamasan next time in bar. If you have the funds, another option is to BF 2 or 3 girls at once ST with the same screening as above and keep the one that works out best LT.
If you have one girl that works out and you want 2 girls take 1st girl with you to gogos shopping for 2nd girl. Make sure she knows she is not losing you as a customer and is not the jealous type (most are). She can help you talk to girls and maybe skip talking to mamasan.
According to 1 TG, 90% of TG like the big banana. If you treat her nice, are clean and smell nice your mileage will be better.
