Hi guys,
first of all - respect to all the boardmembers, who made this great forum what it is today!
i've been spending many many hours on these pages lately, planning parts of my trip to LOS next year and learned a lot.
after reading through heaps of posts I came up with some places I want to pay a visit to...

They get some kind of checkup. Not sure if it's a real indication of how healthy they are though. Always wear protection and don't count on anything that is made out of paper, including a doctor's note.

No, there are no medically qualified doctors in Thailand and - as it's a poor country - people don't really care if they have deadly life-sapping diseases. Instead, they tend to live life to the full, totally oblivious of lesions, sores and oozing pus.
I think it's probably best if you stay where you are and try to have sex with a fat farang girl.
You know it makes sense.

re HIV testing, happened to go with BG friend to get her quarterly test done at Bumrungrad Hospital on Soi Nana She was too scare to go alone. It took about an hour. Her results were negative. She was very happy. The testing at Bumrungrad seemed completely legitimate and proffesional. Nice hospital actually.

I posted this in another thread recently re HIV test and bar girl tests,
Assuming it's a valid test (and without doubt it will be at a place like bumrungrad) it is only showing that the person was negative 3-6months before the test (unless it was a viral load test). A bar girl can get through a lot of punters in that time. So a valid negative result by either party aint that valid.
