never been to Thailand for Sanuk and I am coming in feb.. I want the best experience...
so what would you guys do?
get off the plane, check into hotel.. then venture out..
where do you go? what do you do?
go for a soapy, hit the bars,pick up girl straight away,
or just watch a video the first night and venture out the second night... give your intineraries..

STAY home. I dont think that you will be able to make it out of the airport. The airport has signs that say departure and arrivals. when you arrive in BKK, turn right around and leave. There is a wealth of information on this forum. There is no shortage of opinions on this forum. There is an occasional self promotion/advertsing on this forum. As a newbie myself, I have found the best way to educate myself is to read the posts and conduct searches on topics/areas of interest.

You don't mention what time you are arriving, or what area you are staying in... my flights usually arrive @10:30-11:00PM, and it takes an hour or so to get out of the airport and into town.
I stay around the Soi 4 area, so I just check in to the hotel, grab a quick shower and change of clothes, and head over to Nana Plaza (jet lag? what jet lag?)
I check out a couple of go-go's, have a brew or two, and then pick a girl out of the Nana Hotel parking lot, across from Nana Plaza, and off we go to the room. (not sure how much time I will have for beer at this hour nowadays, haven't been there before with the new earlier closing hour)
This way I avoid paying a barfine my first night in town, and there's no shortage of cuties out there after the bars close.
Really, all you have to do is head to any of the entertainment areas - I would recommend Nana or Soi Cowboy before Patpong - and just poke your nose in any of the bars. If you are arriving earlier in the day, just chill out for a while in the open air beer bars and watch the street action around Nana, always relaxing and entertaining.
Go with the flow, you're gonna have a blast. There are lots of other guys around to meet and hang around with too - I'm arriving Feb. 16, and can't wait.

Right Mysteryman.... read posts of your intents - by topics. Oil, soapy, bars etc.... all recommendations by members. I started from this tread and certainly find some useful tips. I am a newbie on this forum but certainly not a newbie for Bangkok. As snowbird said, head to Nana.
Take in the sites from Big Dog or Night and Day before heading inside to the Go-go's.
I am sure the ladies will make you feel right at home.

If you get in after midnight at the airport, you might consider staying there for the night and checking into a hotel the next day. By the time you get to the hotel and ready to go out, it could be 1:30 am. They have a bus service at the airport that goes to different hotels. Its right outside the main entrance when you leave the airport. In terms of nightlife, Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. Take a walk down Sukhumvit and you'll see how its set up. Daytime, check out the Grand Palace, Wat Po, and take a ride on the river on a public boat. Have a good time.

Arrived BKK airport on Dec 15 at 12:15 AM. Reached Manhattan (Sukumwit soi Yi Sip Hang). Checked into the hotel, and the time was 2:05 AM. Brushed and shaved and out by 2:15 AM. (Why take a shower because you know you are going to shower very soon with somebody). Went to Nana Parking lots and I could only see a few wandering around. Did not like any. Went up and down Sukumwit a few times and spotted an FL. 1000 Bht till 7 Am (it was 3 AM). Bargained for 3 three shots.
Back to hotel, shower, BBBJ and CCM in the shower. DATY on the bed and and then inside her for long time in "many many" position. Rest for half hour and inside her again. She on top after sometimes but she got tired. I was on top. and this went on for some times.
It was 6 AM. Gave her 1200 Bht and sleep for 4 hours.

Alternatively you could always jump in a Tuk-Tuk tell the driver it's your first time in Bangkok and you want to see some temples and spend the next 4 hours being driven round no-end of gem and silk shops.

Its not that I dont know what to do in BKK. I know what to do dont worry about that! I travel all over the world.
and yes I know how to use this forum and get answers
what I am asking.. is.. What do you guys do..
