Firstly I am new to this forum, and I have been hopping backwards and forwards between all the forum sections, and I must say the info you guys have supplied here is invaluable, well done, and you all seem like a great bunch of guys. I'm planning a trip in April but will arrive one day before the posse join me, and I'm just trying to work out my plan of attack. As a guy who has never been to BKK b4, I'm hoping to get a few recommendation from some of the experinced members here, on how to spend my first 24 hours in BKK. I will arrive in BKK about 1pm, and will be staying at the Majestic Suites. There is so much I plan to do just from reading on this forum alone, but after settling in, I plan to start of at Soi 7 Beer Garden then later hang out at Nana disco, and NAna plaza. Is this a good start for a guy on his own for the first 24 hours? Or should I do something different. I plan on at least 1 session that day/night.
BTW, I'm from Sydney Australia, and street wise, so i'm not inexperienced when it comes to night life action, I'm more or less looking for tips and recommendation and perhaps experiences some of you guys have had on your first times in BKK.

If you ever plan to try a soapy MP, I think you should do it the first day. A good one for newbies is Darlings, which is on Soi 12 about 100 meters down the soi on right hand side.
You could go there anytime afer 3 PM. Cost is 2500 baht (If they quote you something else, just say 2500). If you have any preferences, just aks the papasan. They may ask you to take two girls, but the cost is more.
Standard tip at end is 500 baht (some TG's are asking for more, but just politely say "no, too much"). When you get to room, they will ask if you want drinks (about 200 baht for you and the TG including tips), but this is optional.
You can easily walk or take the BTS. It will be good experience learnng the BTS on your first day even though it is not too far to walk. Take the BTS at Nana station one stop to Asoke (going east to On-Nut), and then walk back just a bit toward Nana on same side of Sukhumvit as Majestic. until you see the 7-11 and you are at soi 12.

Majestic Suites is a good choice of hotel for a first time. Guest friendly and good location. Getting to the door can be a hassle as the taxi usually just drops you in Sukhumvit Rd as there is no driveway or car access to the front door. Say Hi to the tailor next door for me I usually walk in his front door 3 or 4 times each time I stay at MS. You'll understand once you've found the shop front front door of the hotel yourself.
My only advice - slow down a bit. Don't be in such a rush to get your arse into a bar. Take a wander along Sukhumvit in the afternoon - see where Nana Plaza is - walk all the way up to Asoke and locate Soi Cowboy - then take the Sky train back to Nana. Get your bearings a bit then you'll feel more confident moving about the place in the evening. Sukhumvit Rd is a lot less scary than Kings Cross. Enjoy.

Beer garden is a good place to start out. I find the BG are good to go for 500 ST & 1K LT. Discuss price before you leave. Later that night check out Gulliver's soi 5 same side of Sukhumvit as beer garden. Lots of freelancers. Bamboo Bar on soi 3 around the corner from Gulliver"s is another good place. BK likes to hang out there. Nana Hotel parking lot at 1AM has loads of freelancers.
Make sure you use the in room safe. I make the BG take a shower first and leave out just enough to pay her.

Once you have seen a lady worthy of receiving your penis make the ground rules so there are no misunderstandings later.
Go back to MS with her for ST, get rid, have a rest and get set for the evening session.

OK, the guy is arriving 24 hours before ppl who aren't into the p4p as he says - "but will arrive one day before the posse join me". In that case its assumed that he will have ample time after the first 24 hours to "explore" bangkok. Therefore he would be in a "rush" to extract the most out of the 24 hours.
I'm surprised someone hasn't yelled out "Eden" yet, as it's the usual answer to "What to do in x number of hours when in bkk".
I suppose clarification is required....are you looking to fit as much p4p action in as you can OR do you want to see as much of the p4p nightlife as you can. Given that question, the answers IMHO would be different.

After you get all checked in to your hotel, go and get a nice regular massage. It's a nice way to get the kinks out after the flight.
Then if it's still light out, don't know what time your plane arrives, wander up, and down sukumvit road from soi 4 to soi 23, get your bearings.
Then about the time the sun is going down, stop at either Gulivers Travels on soi 5, or bamboo bar on soi3 for some food. Personally I like the pizza, or the phat thai at the bamboo bar.
After you've eaten, and relaxed a bit, head over to NANA plaza on soi 4 (nana), start on the bottom floor, and hit all of the bars/gogos until you are on the top floor. If you haven't found anyone by then to ST, or if you have, after your done, head over to Beer Garden on soi 7 to recharge, and check it out.
Recharge you batteries, and check out the choices there.
Relax, have some fun, then if nothing developes head up to soi cowboy soi 21-23, you can't miss the sign at the big intersection if you look to the left across the street.
It should be around midnight. Hit the gogos until you find a LT, you have about an hr. Whoever you find, tell her you're hungry, and ask her to pick a place. After you eat, head back to your hotel with her, and try and get a good nights sleep. Kick her out around 9-10am if she hasn't left already, and you're set.
If this all fails, then at 1am hit NANA parking lot, and see what's left.
At any point in your adventures, all plans could change with just the right smile on her part, or your part, so be flexable.
This is pretty much the route I use when friends come with that haven't been before.
