New at this - but cannot imagine I'd enjoy ST as much as LT (I can sleep ALONE where I am now!). So assuming my sweetie sleeps in until 11 AM which is common according to another thread here, I'd be leaving her to go to the breakfast buffet and quite possibly meeting a friend for sightseeing right after.
Assuming I don't leave anything for her to steal (except maybe emptying the minibar) is this going to work? Would you leave her in peace to depart when the maids come in, or shove her out the door at breakfast time? (I'd hate to do that to be honest).
My second night there I HAVE TO be up very early as I'm taking a domestic flight at 9 AM. Again I'm happy to leave her sleep in provided this doesn't cause problems when I come back a few days later to stay there again. A mini-bar claim I can live with but what are the chances she'd set fire to the place or something and would I be liable? Any experiences with this, good or bad? Love to hear from you, F.

I doubt very much the Hotel would let you check out and leave someone in the room,assuming you booked the room just in your name. Before you pay the bill the hotel will always check the room and mini bar and a sleeping hooker would not be left there.

I have left BG stay in the room when I've checked out. I let the management know she will be staying and since I've paid for the room never a problem.

Previously when I went to Phuket it was to SCUBA dive so leaving a sleeping BG in the room was common practice for me - this was mostly at the C&N Hotel so any valuables were in the safety deposit downstairs and I don't think the mini bar was ever an issue.
Never had a problem unless you regard them still being in the bed when you come back 8 hours later as a problem....
maybe I was lucky she could have called overseas on the phone to tell two dozen guys she missed them much...

I always leave the girl in the room early morning and go for a nice swim etc. 30-45mins.
Have shower, nice cup of tea, then back to bed with just enough noise to stir girl into action for a BBBJ on my recently cleaned 'wedding tackle', I dose off into half sleep, she showers, I wash tackle (why do they make me do this all the time?), and then some morning glory sex, followed by light snooze - works for me!
Thus a 7:00am start sees me on the streets by 10:30am - my concept of Thai time.
If I have a regular LLT, I will sometimes giv them the key to room or condo - AS LONG AS SHE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! - beware of this - best fall back if it happens "must have been housekeeper".
I've only ever had one attempted rip-off, and that was as an obvious newbie in Pattaya, and that was while I was sleeping - so creepy to wake up to.
In BKK, I use regulars or referrals, and I think that keeps them honest, because we know where we can find each other.
While I don't leave temptation all over the place (use safe if I have one etc) for them, I think the girls I know are basically honest types, with 'good hearts', and I treat them fairly well, for long term business / GFE relationship.

I *tried* to let them sleep in peace at a comple of hotels when checking out but discoverd to my chagrin that mgmt. seems to always send someone to check the room while your at the desk being processsed.
On more than one occasion they approached it as if I couldn't possibly be serious about checking out: "Excuse me sir, we cannot proceed since you have lady still in room."
The many times I've left them to sleep (when I wasn't checking out) have made for nice follow-up encounters.

I left one in a room in Samui as I had to be at the airport at 7am - paid my bill the previous night, told her to go back to sleep and leave whenever.
