To all you know-it-all fellas!!
I shall be visiting Bkk for 3 days while going to the US from Australia. I've got 3 days and 40000 baht to spend for all my expenses. Now I request you fellas to tell me how do I go about spend these 40000 bahts in the most productive way.
1) I need a 3 star hotel with decent facilities, I do not need a pool.
2) I wish to be in company of classy TG's and not of oh-so-obvious whore.
3) I plan to visit high end MP's.

Try the President properties (President Part, Royal President and Grand President). They are booked full every night, so book in advance. I've found http://www.asiarooms.com has the best prices (prepaid), cancellation penalties are involved, but this might not affect you as your dates of arrival and departure are fixed.

Ahh, here is where your decisions need to be made on spending your 13,300 baht per day (subtracting hotel cost). Some things I can think of.
- Is your goal to cum as many times as possible in the company of beautiful women?
- Do you speak Thai? Have you been to Bangkok before?
- You say you don't want to be in the company of an "oh-so-obvious whore". Is this because you are trying to impress someone else? Or yourself?
- High-end MPs: use the search engine on the board to find FRs on the MPs. Plaza entertainment usually has good lookers on the upper-floors, and so does Poseidon.
- If you goal is to blow money on drinks for you and pretty girls. hit the clubs (use the search engine). Violin and Exotica come to mind.
- On Soi 33, you MIGHT find more prettier girls that are good-to-go after just a short conversation that you will find in the more exclusive clubs.
- Only you can be the judge of what a "classy" girl looks and acts like.
In just three days, you will have a tough time establishing good "relationships" (as in finding girls you get along with and have fun with) for LT. Fun, cute girls with good hearts are all over BKK. On the streets, in the bars, in the MPs, etc. It is very hard to cut through the rest in just a short amount of time.
Everyone is different, hopefully in just three days, you can find your "groove", but this is a very short time to try to accomplish more than blowing money on drinks and screwing your brains out. Maybe these should be your plans.

An Eden Girl costs 7000 Baht per day. You will find it difficult to find better in terms of attitude.
The looks are 6 to 8, so you might want to go early (12:30 noon, opening time) and book in advance.
So, that's 21 000 accounted for.
I should think that 1 500 Bt per day will more than cover your accommodation.
Another 4 500 gone.
You're left with 5 000 Bt to feed you and your girl. Assuming you ever leave the room! If you can, you can probably eat very well for 200 Bt/day each in the street
And you still haven't spent it all. Oh well, throw in a couple of BBBJ at Lolita's (700 Bt each).
