I am returning to BKK in December. I know the P4P scene quite well, and will be returning to Eden, Lolitas, NEP, the Korean massage place, and I'll be trying Star of Light.
But how do I make the most of what Bangkok can offer? I'll be getting a traditional massage at Wat Po and will have a coffee at StarBucks. But what else?
What else can I do?

Seriously though, frommers does have a good site for these sort of questions.
Personally, I've run out of quick and simple ideas for things to do in BKK and I'm sick of Wats and whatnot. I suppose I could try my hand at driving a taxi or something. That might get my blood pumping again. Better yet, make it a water taxi. I can already see the engine falling off the back of the boat and leaving my ass stranded in the middle of nowhere just before another boat goes flying through what's left of mine. Wait, wasn't that already in some Bond film? Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Another thread subject that has already been well covered in the past.
Perhaps, as this is the Newbie Section there should be a Newbie Monitor takin' care t'make sure that Newbies are pointed in the right direction when they ask questions that have been answered several times before.
The said Newbie Monitor would close the thread and send a PM to the said Newbie detailing the URLs that answer the Newbie's question.

Get a car from Lumpini Car rent - around 1000bt a day, and start driving ! Short trips I favour Cha Am, - or if the time and TG permit, a tour of Isarn - Only temple worth seeing probably Kho Phanom Rung in Buriram - actually on the road to Surin if you turn off before Korart, stop in Surin [Thong Tarin Hotel ] onto ubon the next day, up to Mukdahan, across to Nong Khai, back to Udon Thani, stop a day or two there for sure, and back to Bangers !
