Has anyone ever been to BG's place of sleep? Do they stay in hotels or houses near work? Share with other BGs? How much do they pay? Has anyone ever been taken there for boom-boom? Curious as to how they live.

1 - Yes, quite a few times. Not recently though.
2 - They live in accommodations ranging from wooden shacks to well equipped apartments. This, of course, depends on their status and their sponsor. Most of them live in 'below-our-standards' though. Most of them share, some don't.
3 - Prices on average range from 1,000 to 3,500.
4 - Find a girl who lives on her own and tell her straight up you want to stay in her apartment for one night.

I have stayed at a few girls apartments. The last one was at a hotel off of Sukhumvit soi 22 (clean, basic, nondescript). It was 3 full time and one girl staying part time in a standard size hotel room. The girls were all freelancers. They would work a circuit of the Soi 7 beer garden, the Nana disco, and Sukhumvit itself. Frankly making “boom-boom” at her place had no extra appeal. I could have worked a more some with her room mates, but frankly that could have been done her place, my place, any place.

Recently my regular TBG took me to her apartment. She took great pride in showing me her 'stuff' including her clothes, photo albums, her favourite music etc.
Her apartment was clean, tidy, and any small things I had given her had pride of place (there was obviously stuff from other admirers to, but 'I didn't go there'). It was a bedroom with double bed, plus a combined shower / squat toilet, and no kitchen. It had a window to the street, no a/c but was well ventilated.
I didn't get to have any boom boom there, I think for two reasons. 1. did it twice at my place about an hour before & 2. she shares with a girlfriend, and I don't know if it is 'the done thing' to screw on their shared bed.
About a year or so ago she used to sleep in her bar's dormitory type accommodation, so I think this was a real step up for her.
If it wasn't for her girlfriend, I would happily stay there, although the neighbourhood is not so great.
Funny, I think I really got to know her this last visit....danger sign?
So, I hope I've given an insight into what I've seen.

The accomadations do range. Most BGs do live in shared rooms though, at least that's been my experience.
There are often 2-4 girls in a room many times sharing a bed that is often a mattress on the floor. Occasionally a new girl will move in to a room in the building (they are often these cinder block dorm affairs) and steal clothing and trinkets from the other ladies.
Rooms seem to range from 1000-3000 baht per month on average. The rooms are clean but generally spartan. I think most of us would consider them rather bleak but going up country at least once with a BG will give some perspective on their urban accomadations. 
This price and the need to share should also tell a person how many times the average BG gets a falang per month as well...

I have only known Soi 33 TG's accommodation. Only because you get to know the girls a bit better & they trust you more than Nana (which tend to be one night stands for both farang& TG). The younger girls (say less than a year or two) tend to share a room at ~2K per person. The older girls have their own single room apartment which is very similar to a university room for about 4K per month.
I don't know about Nana/Cowboy etc but it seems that Soi33 girls are looking for a slightly higher standard of living than the average joint that previous posters have mentioned.

BG I know in Pattaya has a small room with toilet/shower. No air for 1600 per month. She did have cable tv.

The only time I have been back to a BG apartment was in manilla,, I had to talk her into it expaining I was just interested in the way she lived ( curious),, FARRRRKKK,
There where these room with only curtains off the hallway to seperate them, they where about 2.5m X 2m and she shared with another.
Needless to say at the end of my trip I gave a fairly generous tip in an attempt to at least help her out a bit.
But I have seen worse, once again in Manilla,,a BG said come with me to sister house,, it was a getto,, the houses where made of old peices of wood and corragated iron, hundreds of them stacked together, had to walk on pieces of wood as the whole area was muddy/semi flooded.
The place stank of excrament ( shit piss).
The "house" was maybe 3m X 3m with 4 people living their and about 5 neighbours where visiting to watch the 34 cm black and white TV!!!!!!!
Makes you REALLY appreciate the life style we have

They seem to be pack animals, tg's in the p4p scene do not like to live alone,unless with Thai Boyfriend/husband
Also there seems to be a strict code of 'honour'between them,they will help and support a new fresh girl down from the villages until she gets to know the scene and stands on her own,and repay the debt if bad times come to others,somehow I can believe that this could also happen in some of the cities in the west,but I dont know for sure.

Another misconception....
TBG do like to live alone (stealing, cheating, loud mouth roommates), but are forced to share because the rent for most of the not-so-well-to-do girls (believe me still the largest group) is just too much to bear on a minimal salary or multiple mouths to feed upcountry.
