Will be spending a few days in BKK before heading down to Pattaya for a week.
I will do the usual NEP and Cowboy. A part from Soi 33 (which by all accounts is a little pricey), where is the best beer bar area woth spending an evening in BKK?

people joked about asoke plaza.
there is no asoke plaza and I don't know what type of bar you like.
for songs the best bar would be hardrock cafe and a few gogo bars in NEP and soi cowboy.
anyway, your qustion is vague so you should define what you mean by good bars? bars with pretty girls? or cold beer?
for cold beer all bars. lol

Vague? He wasn't vague.... It was just you who couldn't read, coco!
And Asoke Plaza? Yes, it does exist. There are not so many bars as there used to be and the dogs don't show up before 10pm, but it is still there.
But, Soi 10.... yes, that's gone. I included that one as a punishment for double posting.
As you see I am not so nice as Dottie....
But to make it all up to you, Cool Double Posting Dude, here are some areas. It's up to you to rate them:
- Soi 22 (close to Imperial Queens Park)
- Sukhumvit Plaza (Soi 1)
- Sukhumvit Soi 0 (under the highway)
- Asoke Plaza (on the corner of Suk and Asoke)
- Patpong 2
Sukhumvit Soi 7/1 is not a beer bar area.

He is looking for a beer bar complex which to me is the open air bar beers such as soi 7 or 8 in Pattaya. But he then talks about soi 33, which is, obviously, a street of bars, not beer bars.
There was a discussion recently about bar beers but if 'Cool Dude' (shit name BTW. you are either a 50 yr old guy pretending to be 'hip' or a very young 'funny' guy) can't be arsed to do a search for it, then neither can I.
Maybe 'Cool Dude" can clarify what style he wants.
BTW Soi 33 is not pricy before 9pm. They have some good happy hour deals and makes a change from cowboy or nana.
The joke was that Asoke Plaza and Soi 10 (which were both Bar Beer complexes were demolished in the not too distant past.
