I've yet to see any discussion of necessary articles to bring along for the joy of banging, surviving the weather etc., so I throw in and ask if others have ideas as well. First, good american condoms are a must. I bring a good supply and leave the rest to the last girl I have. KY Jelly is a must have as well, though is available at Foodland relatively cheaply. I try to have extra toothbrushes available for the girls as they like to brush up and I'm a germaphobic with Periodontal disease and there are some bodily fluids I don't care to share. I bring Imodium for the Bangkok Belly, and after the first couple of attacks,(Being many miles from the hotel, in a taxi when it hits), I learned my lesson well.I pack a bottle of aspirin for the anticipated hangovers. Antacids for the farang belly as well, as my western self is not so used to the spices in the food in BKK. I always tell the waiter for the farang spice mix in the curry,(x-tra light), whatever and imagine the cook laughing it up in the kitchen stirring extra chili powder in just for me. I bring multivitamins, B-12 for the liver, and Yohimbe bark extract for the endurance, as well as Ginsing capsules and buy the Viagra at the pharmacy. The pharmacist breaks it out of the blister pack and for me it works.
Eyes drops are a must for the dirty shit that seems to constantly be flying around the streets, especially when on the back of a moto-taxi or tuk-tuk. The rest of the bag is pretty practical, the standard razor, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. So lets hear you tips as well.

I carry what you do and I take extra 1000mg vitamin c, vitamin b and vitamin e. Research indicates 1000mg of c saturates the body cells and changes the ph level of our body and makes it aciditic and aids virus doesn't like aciditic condtions.

Good advice. I most definitely bring my own condoms and water-based lube. I also bring hand sanitizers or Wet Naps - useful for cleaning up after eating at food courts.

i travel light normally,and don't take anything.
i buy it when i get there.
go shopping with a girl and get her to choose the shower gel,shampoo,toothpaste etc.
never had a problem with the durex condoms bought in the 7-11 or Boots.
i find tiger balm is ideal for any insect bites and just about every bar will have some.
i bought my mach 3 razor out there and many spare blades[a 1/4 of the price in u.k.] and then bring these home.

TWD is correct somethings are not available here. Antacid tablets are not to be found, have looked for years - they just do not exist - plenty of powders but not Tums or Rolaids. So if you like to chew em you need to bring your own.
Also regular old bottles of asprin - you can find it in the foil pack but not loose in the bottle.
Almost every other item is here, perhaps these are also, and if so I would like to know where.
