I am planning my first trip to Bangkok this January and am I glad I found this site! Thanks to all of you for your contributions.
My ideal situation would be to find a classy beauty - maybe 20 years old or so to spend the entire four days with. Somone along the lines of the girl in this image:

We would tour the city, party at night and lots of sex in between. Am I being totally unrealistic? If not, how would those of you with experience in this area go about it? Would the models in the MPs be receptive? And am I wrong in assuming that this is the only place I would find a really great looking girl? How much should I expect to pay?

Mai pen rai - don't sweat it. I think it will be so fun! I often go there after working in Korea and like to have a party in there.
