From my experience the season in LOS starts mid November, having its peak during the time from early December until mid January. During Chinese New Year all holiday destinations in SEA are very busy. As for me, being only a tourist, I am avoiding to be in LOS during this peak high season time. During February it is still high season and the climate is getting slowly hotter towards April. In April after Easter time the season normally ends, due to the lack of tourists.
