We didn't answer Kiama's question about bars and discos. I sure you will see from the forums that the 3 main areas for gogo bars are Patpong, Nana plaza, and soi Cowboy.
For discos try CM2 in basement of Novotel in Siam square(there are other novotels in BKK) or Nana hotel

chanced upon this thread and i know its kinda old, but i'm really shocked or should i say amused to find this price range of services in BKK!!! US$500 for 24hrs escort or US$250 for half day???
like what BK said, what they charge is their business.
