I will be arriving in BKK on Monday and I would like to go and check out this museum. I read about it in the newspaper and it was decribed as the most macabre museum in the world.
I heard it is free entry. Is this correct ?
Where is its exact location ?
Whats the best way to get there from Siam (skytrain) ?

I met a Swedish girl on the Skytrain who was on her way to that museum. She was taking the Skytrain to the stop near the Shangri La Hotel and then switching to the water taxi. I talked her into going to the Grand Palace with me instead, so I can' tell you the rest of the directions. Sorry, but a Swedish honey who was into that sick museum....I had to find out what else she was into.

Hi all,
I tried the link but it didn' work. So I put "Bangkok Forensic museum" into yahoo and got the information.
Hope it works. I believe that you take the skytrain to Saphan Taskin and then a water taxi UP the river after that I'm not sure. I think it is on the other side of the river so you will have to cross over after you get off the water taxi goin up the river...happy hunting

Almaty.....sorry to dissappoint; and I hope I'm not losing my reputation here, but it turned out that she was traveling with her boyfriend who was in town on business. So we just did the tourist thing and then split up. It would be interesting to find out if a girl wo likes the macabre museum would be a kinky partner.
But, since I was in BKK it was no loss; I spent the day touring with a pretty blonde Western Girl (a little too big for my taste) and then hooked up with a perfect Thai girl for the evening (I think that you have met the TG in question.......YOU CAN'T KEEP A GOOD MAN DOWN! 555
