I'm going to be in Bangkok for the first time next Wednesday (11/12) and I've never felt more prepared for a trip in my life thanks to all the great people here on BKK Tonight!
I especially want to thank the people who took the time to create the maps and ebooks.
I'm going to be staying at the JW Marriot for three days before I head off to Pattaya. Unfortunately my trip is only going to be for 5 days, but if I have as much fun as you guys seem to have, it definitely wont be the last.
With any luck I'll see some of you there.

First time in LOS....WOW!!!
Its going to be a blast....5 days only but I'm sure with all the information you gathered...its going to be a HELL of a 5 days.
Wish I could re-live my first trip to LOS....minus all the newbie mistakes ...but I didn't know about this forum than...

Sidhartha. What a coincidence. I'll be there wed for the first time as well. Staying in bkk until sat, then off to pattaya. Want to share a cab out there. There is a great party I'm be attending that night, you're welcome to come if you want.
