I was wondering what the Thai view is on earrings for men. I sometimes wear one earring. Very seldom really as it is inappropriate for work. Have a few I have collected and was wondering if I should bring them on my trip or not.
Is there any cultural view the girls have towards men who wear an earring?
Back home they tend to be an asset with the chicks. This is most true if you wear something a little more unique then a simple plane gold stud. I found it very common for girls to bring it up in conversations and ask what symbol or creature it was. They almost always like them.
Now that I think about it any I should not wear, that would be considered inappropriate or rude of this list.

Short answer, as long as it's not a long dangly one that looks like a swag lamp, nobody will care.
