Was in one in Soi Bangla in Phuket (cant remember name) where one or two of the waiters (who seemed very young - certainly not 18) seemed available. This was in '95, was there with my then gf, now wife and both asked if we would like to bring them home, and a bg as well. Dont know if that was policy or not. They also were efeminate - we didnt stay long as it was not my scene
