Sorry if this is under the wrong topic but I am only able to start a new thread in the Newbie section. Seems that I can reply to messages under every topic but only able to start a new thread in Newbies. Can anyone explain please Wanted to post a question under Tech topics. Read the rules,faq,and anything else that I thought could explain it. Thanks
You can post replies in any section, but you can only create new threads in this section.
It is easier for me to move threads from "here" to other sections, than for me to clean up the other forums. So, go ahead and create your threads in the Newbies section.
