To the Great Predecessors of LOS,
Yes, I'm a newbie, eager to learn. Now, I have just about 30,000 baht to spend for 3 nights in LOS, excluding the airfare and hotel.
I know this may not be much but I've worked hard for this money. Please kindly advise me on how I can spend this money wisely to the fullest.
This question maybe a bit vague, but I figer it would be best to ask the predecessors of LOS.
I know there are whole bunch of places to go, but since I haven't been there, I can't really grasp... even after reading the infos and forums. What courses should I take? Where would be must go places? Help me. Thanks in advance.

when will u be in town, SK?? its kinda of difficult to put in words as how wisely should u spend the $$, and also with considersation what are your "interest" MPs, clubs, gogos etc etc.

Baht 10000 a day is a respectable budget for BKK so what you do will really depend most of all upon what your personal tastes are. One thing you don't need to do is play cheap charlie...

But beware of the scam, and make sure you keep your head on strait when you get a little drunk. Things get a little pricey sometimes when they know you are drunk. So make sure you ask "how much" before you order something.
Hell, when I first came to Thailand too live I only made 40,000/month and I managed to live just fine. 10,000 for a 3 day trip is pretty good my friend. Knowing that you worked really hard for the money just makes the trip that much better for you. A sort of satisfaction and reward to yourself.

Kryptonite, what were you doing to make 40,000/month and how did you survive with such a small income? I'm very interested to know.
For me, I don't make tons of money but I do work hard for it. Not a cheap charlie, but the opposite. I merely set the amount of money to play

A little of topic but 40000 bht per month is plenty lo live on in LOS
Anyway SK
Regarding your budget.
You have plenty of money to spend. I live in BKK now but as a tourist I struggled to spend half that amount and Im a heavy drinker.
It all depends on your interests.
Are you a big drinker.
Intereested in having good sex or sex with a v beautiful girl.
If you give more info on your interests it will help.

30000 - plenty my friend - 10000/day
You can start you day with sight seeing, with or without companionship - 1000 - 2000 if you use a tour company
plus 1000 -1500 for the lady
This will take up most of the day until late afternoon
Late afternoon - head to MP average price 1500-2000 - plus tip 500-1000 - how happy were you
Oh yes - you have to eat 500-1000
Still leaves you 4000 to 5000 for the evening depending on how much you paid for the rest - Now - beer bars and or clubs, well clubs will cost you - beer bars are cheaper, go go slightly more, discos more and clubs probably the priciest.
However watch your $$$ and save enough for the bar fine and the lady, and you should get up the next day and enjoy again.
