I am trying to procure the services of a bona fide criminal detective. So far, all I can find is rip off artists who wish to find errant TG, ATM cards, etc. I wish to find a real criminal detective.

The Police? In LOS? Haven't had many dealings with LOS finest, have you.
Crime detective, as in locating, and independant proof of criminal activity.
As in I have been robbed 8 times in three months, have a very good suspicion who the perpetrator is, and would like it either proved or disproved. Expense is secondary.
TG....can always get another one of them. They are not an issue.
