I stay now for more than 1 year in Thailand and normally all girls I dated till today I meet in clubs, bars, shops,..

i know a guy who works nearby who has hooked up for a romp with a lot of chicks from there.
not sure how he does it.
most of them that I've chatted with there are very clearly not interested in anything more than friendship.
a lot are young Mothers and a few are RCAers

I drove by it today in BKK
it's a street that goes down (South) from Rama IX road and the college kids hang out there at night.
rumor has it you can get laid there for the price of a few drinks.
RCAer would be a fem or even a guy who likes to hang out in that sort of environ, but also the Kao Sahn Road young folks would fit the image.

Do not know with which girls you are chatting, but like lini my rate is high.
Look at the profiles and if the girls are talking about open-minded, enjoy life, have sexy pics,... a good sign for beeing succesfull.
Do they expect money? Definitly not. But if you invite them for a nice dinner or to nice club you can be sure that you will have wild nights.
Most of them are financial independent. But better do not ask them about this. This will ruin the hole date.
