What about if you go out there and start hunting for places...it's a much cheaper area than Sukh or Ratch so it won't cost you a fortune!
This way you get to enjoy the discovery and also do a service for the brotherhood posting your news!
Someone has to start tough.....!

I don't think you'll find much outside of standard massage (not Full Service) in Nonthaburi.
I remember something about the Mayor announcing publicly that he was set to keep P4P out of his fair city.
You can ask around, and you'll be able to judge by people's reactions if there are or not these sort of establishments around.
"Ahb Op Nuat" is Bath followed by Massage, popular almost everywhere.
Go-Go, synonymous, but even less likely to be found
Your best bet is Karaoke Lounges where the girls might get interested. (but don't say Karee Okee, here it's Karah Okay, like the JP folk intended)
Hope you can speak some Thai, and if not, be ready to try and learn...
if you get bored, hop in a taxi and tell him to take you to Suttisan Road, Saphan Kwai. Lotsa Karaoke lounges, and some joints with dancing girls. Again, very little English spoken.
Next step, if still bored, is to cart yourself down to NEP, PatPong, Soi CowBoy etc...

don't live there, but i've driven thru a few times and was not impressed. Was happy to get back over to the other side (BKK/Bang Sue)
Karah-Okay, almost like two words...
don't know the ones in VN, but there are some similar to the KTV of PI. I think KTV's basically the same all over Asia.
Some have many individual monitors all over, if it's a relatively large place.
Don't worry about going by yourself much, but the Thais normally travel in groups. The locals normally ask that, "Ma Kon Deeyoe La ?" You've cum alone huh ?
Say you've got some friends not far away that you'll be meeting soon or whatever. I always find it sort of fishy that they want to know if you're alone. Like an inquiry as to whether they can rob you blind and get a way with it.
Not trying to scare you, I've never had any troubles even in the most remote locations, but it might be a good idea to carry your wallet in your front pocket and certainly don't get too drunk if you're charting the unknown.
Keep a hotel card on you, in case you really do get lost.
