This is my first time in bangkok. I was at Aunies massage place and the entire condome slit from the base. I think the condom was way to big or something. Based on your description of what happened, the chances of you getting AIDS (if the TG was infected) are very, very slim. If you get some other STD it can usually be treated with antibiotics.

I hope that other people may learn from this and bring your own condoms from home as it's too risky to use one's made in Bangkok. I also had a mate use one from 7-11 that busted, now he brings his own.
I know it is difficult to forget about it, but try not to let it spoil your holiday, there's nothing you can do, what done is done, continue to enjoy the girls and do the worrying when you get home.

What is done is done. Relax, continue your trip. If your circumcised less worry about AIDS. I assume you washed well directly after. The odds of catching anythng are for you rather than against. Follow up on their offer, but check that the tests she has taken are not just with some rubber stamp clinic.
If you are married or have a serious other and are heading home there are other considerations you might have to make.
It is not all that unusual to have some fluids contact some area of the penis or the base. Don't spoil your trip getting all freaked out....and of course good luck.

Let's get realistic....
First, a study in the USA concluded that the chances of a guy catching HIV from unprotected sex with a girl who was HIV + was around 1 in 1100.
Second, the chances of her having HIV are very low - no greater than 1 in 500...I would guess... at an absolute maximum.
Third, as I understand it you will not test HIV+ for around 6 months after contact so going off to the hospital aint much good.
I am not saying that any of these statistics are accurate but I would say that your panic is totally disproportionate to the chance of you catching HIV.
