There used to be a big one in Siam Square as well at a street corner. Not sure if it's there anymore.
There used to be two almost opposite one another on Silom Road, near Sala Daeng BTS station. One was closed when Boots cut back on the number of their retail outlets here a little bit (decided to focus more on the ones they have in Carrefours etc.)

Assuming your in the heart of sukhumvit, the closest one is opposite Robinsons department store on soi 19. Time Square I think its called, you can see it from the road.
