I know this sounds like a wierd question but I need to know.
Can I get cheese in BKK? I have lived in korea for two years and I cannot find cheese here. (besides kraft singles)
Also, I would love to find some kraft mac and cheese.
what about computer games? My friends want me to get a game for him.
Is there any ranch dressing in BKK?
I would love a good burrito.
Remember I have been in Korea for two years so these are the things I miss from home.
Thanks for the tips I know its short notice but I just thougt of them and I cant sleep. I feel like a kid the day before christmas

and Patpong, Villa supermarket Sukumvit soi33/1, Emporium,
Any Big C - and many more.

is'nt there something about dairy products in general.
it does'nt seem to be a thai thing.
everytime i go,i take my english friend cheese and pickle so he can enjoy a good sandwich.
during the WC,i used to watch the england games in his bar and he always served uo cheese and piclke s/wiches at half-time.

Asians ingeneral do not eat many foods with much dairy products in it. Many are lactose intolerant.
Being and ABC, I was brought up drinking plenty of milk, eating cheese and other dairy products daily. Good thing I am not lactose intolerant!! ha ha ha!!

Not sure what you mean by kraft Mac, but my favourite meal 02H00 in the morning used to be "Samurai Burgers" at MacDonalds, on the corner of Patpong for the japanese population, with some sour cream, so diary product.
Can't remember if there was any cheese involved. I do remember we guys on the same tripp sometimes bumped in to each other on the way back to the hotels ther after hunting. Sweet memories...........

Supermarket up on the 6 or maybe 7th floor of Emporium stocks all types/brands - also small mexican joint at the head of patpong/silom rd does fair burritos, computer games, go to MarBoonKrong, sure better places around, but none with the Talent wandering around daily like you see in MBK ! - another plus with 3 three places, all on Skytrain route, makes it easier.

Tell your friend to give you a list of computer games he wants. Pancrip Plaza has every Playstation II, computer game, DVD, music cd you could ever want. Most games are 100, DVD 200. have your hotel desk clerk write it out it Thai and take a taxi. Well worth the trip!!

Just so you know. Here in Korea, there are plenty of black market shops around any of the US military bases. Also you can go to places like E-Mart or Carrefour. You can find things like Ranch dressing, cheese, peanut butter, and Kool-Aid. By the way where in Korea do you live? I live near Osan AB.

Sorry but just forget about the burrito or any decent mexican food in BKK. there is an OK Tex-Mex style Biker hang out in Pattaya on Soi Pattayaland 2.
