Had tattooes done on 2 separate occasions by Joy Wong which had to be fixed by her brother who is far better IMHO.He has his own studio,not sure of location,but the girl in Soi 5 studio would have his address.

Little Joe despite the name is Thai. I am on one of his many pages of his customers. He really is a nice guy to hang with.
I had to go back 2x to get my (very simple, black) tattoo filled in. Then one last time back in the States.
By Thai standards he's not cheap. In fact I paid 4k baht for a Tattoo that would have cost no more than $125 in the states or Japan. This was in 2001, since then I've continued to go to Japan to further my ink addiction. And paid dearly.
So it's cheaper, slightly but better deals can be found in Thaiand if you're looking to save money.
My Ex got a SuriyoThai graphic done at some shop at The Mall Bangapi (first floor near to the Robinson's) and I recokon that's the best work I've seen done in Thailand.
