Sorry, have not bought one in Bkk, but there's an area in Emporium, maybe one level up the escalator from where you enter from the BTS. It might be outside the Sony store. they have the iPods and sorts of attachments.

The 80GB video versions are going for about $350 in the USA, which is cheaper than the prices quoted here for the 60GB version in LOS.
I don't believe that the 60GB versions are being manufactured any longer.

Yeah I looked at buying online and its possible on the apple site. Given how shitty the $ is right now it is quite attractive. However postage and I guess some tea money at customs will add up.
I saw the black nano with 8GB for music at Bt10,900 in Siam Discovery today.
