If I may add, areas 18 and 16 SECOND AISLE FROM MAIN GATE SIDE are good for looking these.
Also one-hand openers with clips.
Area 4 there is some custom makers, fixed and folders only but damn fine ones.
Other "sharp" tip:
MAIN GATE CORNER of area 12 there is a shop selling sharpening stones. The lime green ones are really good for the final edge.
