I do not have the URL but some poor Thai was arrested under the xxx code for having sold dildos and stuff. It is as breaking the law to have 1 dildo (were ever you put it). So taking it (were ever) to Thailand if forbidden and you can get arrested for smuggeling dildos.
I do not think ML or Singapore have them but I know JAPAN is the moterload and china is comming strong. Many many farrang have been arrested in lack of other things for having sex dvd vcd @ home never heard of a dildo though..... 
Kondoms and K1 and rubber gluves is 100 % ok.
