Down stairs under the Grand Intercontinental - a small deli with cheese, slami, etc and excellent breads.
Hannam Supermarket at Itaewon - Has lots of Thai food as well, probably the best mix of international foods, even baritos on the right day. Also has a small deli meat section on the way in (just before the supermarket doors, but not open on Sunday) with all the meats, salami, sausages and stacks of cheeses.
Jells Supermarket at Itaewon - a good mix of international foods
Wine Gallery Kangnam Gu - has a specialist deli, cheese section
Deli in th Hyatt Hotel- has a shit load of stuff from overseas.
Any thing you want is here (mostly) with a few exceptions
Also there is a little spice shop opposite the 3 Alley Pub in Itaewon , (sells spices naturally), Thai food, Paki food, Indian food.
