Of course I know what you meant - just trying to keep things lighthearted - and do appreciate your good-natured response.
Now to your question...The leather store that I mentioned can make custom leather jackets in two days, which is pretty incredible by other countries' standards, so there should be no reason that they can't also get your shoes/boots made, well within your 13 days. I'll bet they can get it done in less than a week.
Just like those lovely BGs, they will bend over backwards to satisfy a customer (if that's what it takes).
I will send their e-mail address to you, to check out timing, when I get back to work in a couple of weeks.

Yep, I will be in BKK for 2 nights then Pattaya for the next 3, after that Lamai Beach for 7 nights and finally the last 2 back in BKK.
I don't know if they have to make a shoelast, also maybe they can do the neccessarys in the first 2 days and complete things on the last 2.
