Is it possible to get good quality dinner jackets tailored or off-the-rack in BKK? I know there are tons of Sikh tailor shops around that will promise you a great deal and throw in shirts and ties at impossibly low prices, but frankly, they seem like tourist ripoffs. Once you've committed, you have no assurance of what you'll get in the end, and many bros have complained about looking like circus clowns at the first fitting. Doesn't inspire too much confidence in their ability to do a good job (quick and cheap, maybe, but good??).
What would be a good place to order or buy a dinner jacket ensemble? Do the department stores stock such merchandise, or are there higher-end tailors that can do a proper job, say, within ten days or so?

A place called Embassy I think on wireless just off Ploenchit road, going towards the Conrad rather than Hilton was quite good and recommended.
