try the post office it sells boxes all shapes and sizes plus the price is printed on the box

if you use a courier service, they will supply boxes.
if you use a freight forwarder, they supply boxes.

There is one on Chitlom, on the other side of Central Department Store (if coming from the Chitlom BTS stop). Also one on Ratchadapisek, in between Robinsons and Emerald Hotel.
