Hi, I am looking to buy an Electronic Keyboard. Preferred models are Yamah, Korg and Roland. Where in Bangkok can I find shops selling these keyboards? I am indeed looking for genuine stuff. If there are specific shops stocking these items, I would request information. I would also like to know if buying a keyboard in Bangkok would be cheaper than, say Singapore. Thank you.

Ya might wanna try one of the major malls. I'm sure you won't have a problem at all. But if a good keyboard you can not find... Just head on over to a bar, and lick some TG behind.

-The Mall Bangkapi (think third floor) -Petchburi Road (stretch from Phayathai Rd. to Pantip) one on the left side, one on the right side. -Major department stores (although choice is limited).

Hey, DrLove: I've been noticing you jumping into these musical instruments threads. A hidden musician? If so, that makes two of us. Generally I feel all electonics is not all that cheap in Bangkok. I prefer to buy them in Europe.

The Yamaha Music shop used to be on the 1st Floor far end of Fortune Town on Ratchadapisek Road. I've not been in there for a while so I don't know if it's still there. If not Directory Enquiries should be able to tell you where they've moved to. Anyway they are expensive in Bangkok. I bought a Clavinova in Hong Kong. It was twice the price here.
