Went to Fortune IT Mall today instead of the usual Panthip Plaza for software, etc. Took the new subway (MRT) from Asoke to Phra Ram 9 stop (about 15 baht). The IT mall is between the Fortune Hotel and Tesco Lotus on 3rd and 4th floors. I don't think they are hassled by the Police like those selling the stuff in Panthip Plaza.

Software: THB 150

DVD Software: THB 350
Well I get these for:
Software: THB 80
DVD: THB 100
DVD Software: THB 250-300
Although Fortune is around the corner, don't see any reason to go there.
For Hifi freaks a mecca though.

Round the corner for me too (have I seen you?)...don't know when you last visited, but s/w 80-180B (games towards lower end, new versions of applications towards higher end), DVDs...real from 95B to 300, 400, 500, 600, 700B and knock-off DVD9 usually circa 180B.
Some hifi bargains (speakers, amps, etc.) but few TTs. Seen the odd Linn Kondeck, but that's about as good as it gets (which ain't good). Might as well buy one of the many 301s or 401s 
Fewer hassles from police because a couple of minor royals are frequent visitors (no idea where they go -- downstairs somewhere). Still, most pirated DVDs are 'out of sight' until 6:00pm, when the local cops knock off.

At Seacon yest - got quoted 170 for DVD 9 - latest titles so agree with MarkC on prices. Third floor flea market - Robinson end.
